Rates - Two Night Minimum
Daily $125 + tax Single Occupancy
$10 Each Additional Persons

Check-in and check-out times are very flexible most of the time.

Cancellation Policy
We have a two week cancellation notice policy - in which case a full refund of your deposit will be made.

If less than a two week notice your refund will be held for when you can return.

If you have to cancel a second time the refund is forfeited.

I promise you will not want to cancel and you will be very glad you chose River Rock over a hotel.

I can't begin to list all the extras included in the cottage that you would never receive at a hotel -
including your own private hot tub!!!!
